We are a premier jewelry destination in Raipur looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage our growing team. You will be responsible for finding the best sales talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring our staff provides the world\-class service our customers expect.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Recruitment:** Source, interview, and hire retail sales staff, expert goldsmiths, and administrative personnel.
- **Onboarding:** Conduct orientations for new hires, focusing on store etiquette, luxury grooming standards, and security protocols.
- **Payroll \& Attendance:** Manage daily attendance and process monthly payroll using \[Insert Software Name, e.g., Tally/Excel].
- **Performance Management:** Coordinate monthly sales targets and incentive programs for the sales team.
- **Employee Relations:** Resolve staff grievances and maintain a positive, disciplined work culture.
- **Compliance:** Ensure the shop follows local labor laws and shop establishment acts.
**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- **Experience:** 1–3 years of HR experience (Experience in Retail or Hospitality is a huge plus).
- **Education:** MBA in HR or a related degree.
- **Language:** Fluency in **Hindi** and **Chhattisgarhi** (to communicate with all staff levels); English is a plus.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
