The VGL, situated in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, is an integrated steel plant having its own Stainless Steel Plant, Rolling Mill, Sponge Iron Unit, Ferro Alloy unit and Captive Power Plant (Thermal, Wind and Solar).

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Ensure maintenance, compliances and appropriate usage of company-wide CCTV, IT hardware, network systems.

Provide IT and such technical helpdesk services for all personnel.

Receive and troubleshoot asset related issues

Maintain all hardware within organization and provide troubleshooting services

Monthly verification, maintenance, and management of Store Side Hardware Field Store

Maintain Wi-Fi access points in plant, JMD Office, JMD house, etc.

Provide Desktop, Printer Video Conferencing / Projector Support.

Maintain computer assets and compliances in plant, JMD Office and other locations

Maintain telephone assets, network and compliances in plant, JMD Office and other locations

Maintain and clean all tripod assets

Maintain and clean all boom barrier assets

Updation of PA System, PA System space maintenance, troubleshooting of PA System and PA Hardware related problems

Data Centre Physical monitoring

Maintain organization-wide network and provide relevant support

Compliance in Maintenance of MPLS and ILP connection.

Compliance in Maintenance of Network

Compliance in Maintenance of RF link between various office sites (plant & corporate)

Maintenance of Application Server

Telephone (EPBX) Support

Network Support

Ensure continuous operations of all CCTV Cameras at Plant, HO and Bilaspur locations

CCTV Asset Maintenance & Cleaning in the Plant.

**Salary Upto - 40K**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
