HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling daily attendance for Salary, Bonus, PF, ESIC

• Updating Government attendance registers

• Maintaining employee personal files

• Monitoring attendance and ensuring timely payroll

• Preparing HR letters (Appointment, Warning, Service, etc.)

• Managing joining formalities of new employees

• Conducting induction programs

• Maintaining all HR-related records

• Knowledge of salary structure

Key Requirement:

Experience in Manufacturing industry (Steel, Power & Sponge Iron sectors)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
