Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our recruitment team as HR Recruiters. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various job openings. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about human resources and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements from clients or hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.

Build and maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.

Achieve recruitment targets within timelines.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Familiarity with MS Office and job portals is an added advantage.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria :-

Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
