Role Overview

Rebounce Raipur LLP is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and overall workforce management. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Handle employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Conduct employee engagement activities and briefing sessions
• Ensure company policies and discipline are followed
• Handle grievance management and employee relations
• Coordinate performance management and appraisals
• Support management in HR planning and operations

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years in HR role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR processes
• Ability to manage team coordination and employee handling
• Professional and problem-solving approach
