Rathi Build Mart is looking for a proactive and organized HR Operations & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and office administration. The candidate will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance and payroll coordination, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the organization
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
• Manage employee onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and induction.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and documentation.
• Prepare HR reports , and employee data records.
• ADMINISTRATION
• Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
• Maintain office supplies, assets, and facility management.
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities, meetings, and company events.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for administrative processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
