Key Responsibilities :-
Candidate sourcing: Identify and attract talent through job portals, social media, and networking.
Screening & shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Client coordination: Understand hiring needs, share shortlisted profiles, and schedule interviews.
Interview management: Organize interview rounds, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth communication.
Database management: Maintain candidate records, update recruitment trackers, and ensure accuracy.
Offer & onboarding support: Assist in offer rollouts, joining formalities, and candidate engagement.
Required Skills :-
Communication skills: Robust verbal and written ability in English/Hindi.
Negotiation skills: Ability to handle salary discussions and candidate expectations.
Time management: Efficiently manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with MS Office, job portals, and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
Interpersonal skills: Build rapport with candidates and clients for long-term relationships.
Qualifications :-
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA in HR preferred).
Freshers with robust communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
