Role Description
This full-time on-site position as a Human Resource Specialist is based in Ahmedabad. The main responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits administration, facilitating personnel management, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role also involves supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the development and execution of effective HR strategies tailored for night shift operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment and employee engagement
- Robust experience in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and compliance
- Expertise in Personnel Management and resolving employee relations issues
- Ability to effectively manage and support a night shift workforce
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in night shift HR operations is an advantage
