Human Resources Executive

**Job Description: HR Executive**

**Location:** Raipur (C.G.)
**Department:** Human Resources
**Reporting To:** HR Manager

**Role Summary**

Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
• Support daily HR activities, internal coordination.

**Qualification**

• MBA / PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant experience
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience

**Skills Required**

• Knowledge of basic HR functions and labour laws
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
• Organized and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
