**Job Description: Lab Assistant**

**Location:**
Jagdalpur, Bilaspur, Raipur, Jashpur, Durg, Baloda Bazar, Surajpur, Koriya, Balrampur

**Experience:** More than 1 year
**Qualification:** DMLT / CMLT

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in routine laboratory tests and procedures
• Prepare samples and maintain proper documentation
• Handle and operate basic lab equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory
• Support technicians and senior staff in daily operations
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards

**Key Skills:**

• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques
• Familiarity with lab instruments
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational skills

**Job Description: Lab Coordinator (District Coordinator)**

**Location:**
Jagdalpur, Bilaspur, Raipur, Jashpur, Durg, Baloda Bazar, Surajpur, Koriya, Balrampur

**Experience:** Relevant experience in lab operations / team handling
**Qualification:** B.Sc (MLT / Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology or related field)

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate day-to-day laboratory operations across assigned district
• Supervise lab staff including technicians and assistants
• Ensure adherence to quality and operational standards
• Manage reporting, documentation, and data tracking
• Handle team scheduling, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
• Ensure proper functioning of lab equipment and inventory management

**Key Skills:**

• Team handling and leadership
• Experience in managing laboratory operations
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Knowledge of lab processes and quality standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
