**Job Title:** Road Construction Engineer (Bituminous Roads)

**Salary Range:** 20,000 – 25,000 per month

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Road Construction Engineer with expertise in bituminous (asphalt) road projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site execution and will be responsible for ensuring quality work, efficient site management, and timely completion of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise and manage day-to-day road construction activities
• Ensure proper execution of bituminous (asphalt) road work as per specifications
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain quality standards in line with project requirements and guidelines
• Coordinate with contractors, labor, and site personnel
• Ensure optimal utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
• Identify and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner

**Key Requirements**

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in road construction projects
• Hands-on experience in bituminous road work (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site execution
• Ability to independently manage site operations
• Good communication and coordination skills

**Preferred Skills**

• Experience in highway or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of quality control and material testing procedures
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in challenging site conditions
