**About the Role**
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing IT organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment cycle** including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements, especially for **technical roles**
- Handle **employee onboarding and induction processes**
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Support in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company culture initiatives
- Manage **employee engagement activities** and internal communication
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT company
- Good understanding of **technical hiring (IT roles)**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR tools, ATS, and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in a startup or tech-driven environment
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
**Salary Range**
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
