About The Internship :-
Corenest Tech LLP is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to support the HR team in daily operations and recruitment activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR administration in a dynamic and professional work environment.
Internship Details :-
• Duration: 6 Months
• Mode: On-Site
• Stipend: Rs 5000 Per Month
• PPO : Yes Available After 6 Month Of Internship
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. HR Operations
• Support employee onboarding processes, including documentation and induction coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
3. Employee Engagement
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, activities, and internal events.
• Support HR in maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
4. Administrative Support
• Maintain HR documentation and files in an organized manner.
• Assist with attendance tracking and general HR administrative tasks.
• Provide coordination support for HR-related activities.
Qualifications :-
• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
