**Role Summary**

We are hiring a senior HR manager to manage all people-related functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR compliance. This is a permanent, long-term role with direct access to the MD.

**Key Responsibilities**

• End-to-end recruitment for all roles across departments
• Employee relations — grievance handling, conflict mediation, team harmony
• HR operations — attendance, leave, employee files, payroll inputs
• Compliance — PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act
• Performance management support — appraisals, KPIs, recognition programmes
• Policy drafting and documentation

**Required Skills & Experience**

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in any industry (retail preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Experienced in conflict resolution and people management
• Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

• Experienced professional seeking a stable, long-term position
• Background in retail, jewellery, or family business environments
