Import Export Documentation Executive

**Job Description**

**Position: Export-Import Documentation Executive**
**Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh**
**Salary: 20,000 – 22,000 per month**
**Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM**

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Export-Import Documentation
• Knowledge of shipping documents, customs procedures, invoicing, BL, COO, and LC documentation
• Experience in an import-export company/trading house will be preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Good communication and coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain export-import documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and clients
• Handle shipping and customs documentation procedures
• Ensure timely processing and record maintenance of shipment documents
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
