About The Role

As the Campaign Manager and Influencer Manager for Chhattisgarh, you will be the operational engine behind every campaign. Working closely with the Account Head, you will manage creator relationships, coordinate shoots and live events, track deliverables, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Why This Role Exists

The Chhattisgarh project requires dedicated day-to-day execution support to manage creators, shoots, live coverage, and urgent activations. The Influencer Manager will be the operational backbone of the team, ensuring all campaign elements run on time and to brief.

What You'll Do

Manage creator and influencer follow-ups, ensuring timely content submission and approvalsCoordinate content schedules, shoot logistics, and end-to-end approvals processProvide on-ground support for shoots, activations, and eventsTrack live coverage, monitor live links, and maintain real-time documentationCollate reporting inputs and prepare campaign performance summariesManage local logistics and last-mile execution for activationsSupport urgent activations and time-sensitive campaign requirementsMaintain organised records of creator contracts, deliverables, and payment trackers

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or campaign managementHands-on experience managing creators or influencers across Instagram, YouTube
