**Intensivist (ICU)**
Location: Raipur
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹1,50,000 – ₹3,00,000 per month
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Intensivist** to manage critically ill patients in our ICU and HDU. The role requires strong expertise in critical care, emergency response, and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU and HDU settings
- Provide advanced life support and critical care management
- Oversee ventilator management and invasive monitoring
- Lead emergency response during code blue and critical situations
- Collaborate with multi-specialty consultants for treatment planning
- Perform ICU procedures such as intubation, central line, and arterial line placement
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as required
- Supervise and guide RMOs and ICU nursing staff
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ICU documentation
- Communicate patient condition and prognosis effectively to families
- Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, safety standards, and quality guidelines
**Eligibility Criteria**
- MD/DNB in Critical Care / Anaesthesia / Medicine (with ICU experience)
- Valid medical registration
- Minimum 1–3 years of ICU experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
