**Job Description:**
Shreejikrupa.co.in is hiring an IT Assistant Manager for its Head Office in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for supporting IT infrastructure, system maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage and support IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network)
• Provide technical support to office users
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and data backups
• Ensure IT security and data protection practices

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT support/infrastructure
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, and basic server management
• Familiarity with MS Office 365 and basic security practices
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

**Work Location:** On-site (Raipur, Chhattisgarh – Head Office)
