Work Responsibilities-:

1. Design Creation Create unique jewellery designs (rings, necklaces, bangles, earrings, etc.) Develop sketches by hand or using design software (like CAD) 2. Client Requirement Understanding Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget Customize designs as per client demand 3. Material Selection Choose suitable metals (gold, silver, platinum) and gemstones Ensure quality and cost-effectiveness 4. CAD & Technical Work Prepare detailed CAD designs for production Create accurate measurements and specifications 5. Coordination with Production Team Work closely with craftsmen (karigar), setters, polishers Ensure design is executed correctly 6. Quality Control Check final product quality, finishing, and accuracy Ensure no defects before delivery 7. Trend Research Stay updated with latest jewellery trends and market demand Introduce new and innovative designs 8. Costing & Pricing Support Assist in estimating cost of designs Maintain balance between design and budget 9. Inventory & Design Record Maintain design records, catalogs, and samples Keep track of materials used 10. Client Presentation Present designs to clients in a professional manner Suggest improvements and alternatives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
