**Experience:**

· Minimum **4–5 years** of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition

· Experience in handling bulk hiring and lateral hiring preferred

**Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The role also involves stakeholder management and improving hiring strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle **end-to-end recruitment process** from sourcing to onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads (HODs)
• Develop and implement **effective recruitment strategies**
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding process
• Build strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
• Train and guide junior recruiters if required

**Key Skills Required:**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and convincing ability
• Good knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
