**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused **Jewellery Sales Associate** to join our team and lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in jewellery retail, team leadership, and store merchandising.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and provide a personalized, premium shopping experience.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of various jewellery collections, precious stones, metals, polki, kundan, jadau, gemstones and diamonds.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long-term customer relationships and maintain client databases.
- Ensure the display is appealing and up to brand standards.
- Conduct regular stock checks and help with inventory management.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and securely.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of fine jewellery, including gold, diamonds, and traditional styles (Kundan/Polki preferred).
