**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Operations Manager – Front Office to oversee daily front desk operations in a real estate company. The role involves managing client interactions, supervising front office staff, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and delivering a professional and seamless customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee day-to-day front office operations, including reception and client handling
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training and performance monitoring
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors
- Handle client inquiries, walk-ins, and calls related to property sales and services
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, and site teams for client appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain visitor records, lead data, and front office documentation
- Ensure efficient scheduling of meetings, site visits, and property tours
- Address and resolve client concerns or escalations promptly
- Implement and improve front office processes and service standards
- Monitor administrative tasks such as correspondence, courier handling, and office supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service protocols
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in real estate or hospitality
- Experience in team management and customer service operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Professional appearance and customer-centric approach
