Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 3–5 years of

experience to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have

hands-on experience in Tally and Zoho Books, along with basic knowledge of taxation,

compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Operations:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and Zoho Books
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation of financial transactions

Compliance & Statutory Support:

• Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
• Support in preparation and filing of returns
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Support audits by providing necessary data and documents
• Maintain accurate financial data for reporting purposes

Software & System Handling:

• Work on Tally ERP and Zoho Books for accounting entries
• Maintain data accuracy and assist in system updates

General Support:

• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data
• Support senior accounts team in daily operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 3–5 Years in accounting role
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP and Zoho Books
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Salary:

As per industry standards and candidate experience
