We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager – Operations to manage coal transportation, dispatch coordination, vehicle movement, loading operations, and client deliveries from mining and stockyard locations. The candidate will ensure smooth daily logistics operations, timely dispatches, proper documentation, and coordination with transporters, mines, weighbridges, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete coal logistics and dispatch operations from mines, sidings, and stockyards.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, loading supervisors, and site teams for smooth vehicle movement.
• Monitor coal loading, unloading, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation including challans, invoices, e-way bills, royalty slips, and weighbridge slips.
• Track vehicle movement, turnaround time, diesel consumption, and trip performance.
• Maintain daily dispatch reports, pending vehicle reports, and stock movement records.
• Coordinate with mine authorities, railway sidings, weighbridges, and local administration when required.
• Handle operational issues like vehicle delays, breakdowns, overloading, and route problems.
• Ensure safety compliance and discipline at loading points and operational sites.
