Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Makeup Trainer based in Raipur. The Makeup Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to aspiring makeup professionals, designing curriculum, and conducting workshops. Day-to-day tasks include providing hands-on guidance, demonstrating makeup techniques, staying updated with the latest beauty trends, and evaluating students' progress. The role also involves ensuring a creative and motivating learning environment to help students master their craft.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Makeup Application techniques, Face Contouring, and Color Theory
• Ability to develop training plans, create curriculum, and conduct professional workshops
• Strong knowledge of Hygiene Practices in the beauty industry and familiarity with Makeup Tools and Products
• Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a focus on empowering students
• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry, preferably as a makeup artist or trainer
• Formal certification in makeup artistry or a related field is highly desirable
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty and cosmetics industry
