**Job Description**A DMart Packer and Picker's job involves efficiently locating, picking, inspecting, and packing products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders, ensuring correct items, quality, and packaging for dispatch, while also managing inventory and maintaining a clean workspace, requiring skills in order processing, sorting, and attention to detail for smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Picking specific products from shelves as per order slips, ensuring accuracy in item, quantity, and quality.

Packaging: Packing picked items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit, labeling them with shipping details.

Inventory Management: Assisting with stocking, restocking shelves, and managing inventory within the warehouse.

Quality Control: Performing routine checks to ensure products and packages meet quality standards.

Warehouse Operations: Moving goods, building pallets, organizing work areas, and potentially using manual or basic equipment.
