**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead and execute marketing strategies for our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand building, lead generation, digital marketing, campaign management, market research, and driving sales support initiatives to maximize project visibility and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Marketing**

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Create brand positioning and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

**Lead Generation & Sales Support**

• Drive qualified lead generation through online and offline marketing channels.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.

**Digital Marketing**

• Manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and property portals.
• Oversee website management, SEO, SEM, and content marketing activities.
• Track and report key marketing metrics and campaign performance.

**Branding & Promotions**

• Strengthen company and project branding through effective promotional activities.
• Plan and execute project launches, exhibitions, events, and roadshows.
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

**Agency & Vendor Management**

• Coordinate with advertising agencies, digital marketing partners, and creative vendors.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns within budget.

**Budget Management**

• Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

**Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of real estate marketing.
• Expertise in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
• Strategic thinking and team management abilities.

**Qualification**

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• 5+years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
• Proven track record of successful project marketing and lead generation.

Salary

**As per industry standards and experience.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
