**Position Overview**

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **MBA freshers** to join our organization as interns. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core industrial operations along with functional experience in various business domains.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist respective departments in daily operations and reporting
• Support data analysis, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of tasks
• Learn and work on SAP modules relevant to the assigned function
• Participate in ongoing projects related to production, maintenance, and supply chain

**Eligibility Criteria**

• MBA (Freshers) with specialization in Finance / Operations / Material Management / IT/ Marketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office and systems
• Willingness to learn and work in an industrial environment

**Training & Learning**

• Structured training on **SAP (MM, PM, PP, FICO modules)**
• Practical exposure to **DRI & Power Plant operations**
• Experience in **production, maintenance & process systems**
