**Job Title: MIS Executive**

**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, and supporting business operations with accurate and timely information. This role requires strong proficiency in data handling, reporting tools, and coordination with different departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
\-Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
\-Manage and update data in Excel sheets and internal systems
\-Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights
\-Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports
\-Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation
\-Track performance metrics and generate reports for management
\-Maintain proper documentation and records
\-Automate reporting processes wherever possible
\-Create and manage dashboards using Looker Studio
\-Assist in business decision\-making with data\-driven insights
**Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
\-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
\-1–3 years of experience in MIS or data reporting roles
\-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas)
\-Hands\-on experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) for dashboard creation and reporting
\-Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and reporting tools
\-Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
\-Good communication and coordination abilities
\-High attention to detail and accuracy
\-Ability to handle large datasets efficiently
