.Net Developer (Loan Servicing & LMS)

Job Description
8+ years of overall software development experience with 4+ years hands-on in loan management / loan servicing platforms
Loan servicing module development on enterprise LMS platforms
Experience in consumer lending (personal loan, two-wheeler, auto, home loan) and/or commercial lending (SME, LAP, equipment finance, working capital)
Exposure to Australian vehicle and equipment finance — chattel mortgage, finance lease, hire purchase and novated lease servicing
Settlement processing, payout figure calculation and disbursement handling
Repayment schedule engine — EMI, P&I, balloon, interest-only and irregular repayment structures
Payment processing — direct debit, ECS/NACH/auto-debit with dishonour handling and retry logic
Arrears and overdue management with automated dunning, escalation and hardship variation
Collections workflow — bucket-wise staging, field collections, legal referral and enforcement tracking
NPA classification, repossession, asset surrender and security enforcement
Write-off, provisioning, deficiency balance and recovery posting
Charge and hypothecation registration, search and release
Regulatory reporting, credit bureau integration and compliance-driven audit trail management.
