Shadi Crafted is a luxury wedding planning and event management company. We are seeking a motivated and energetic **Operations Manager (Fresher)** to join our team in Raipur. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to build a career in high\-end event logistics and on\-ground execution.
This position requires a high level of dedication, as it involves extensive travel across India and potentially international locations to manage luxury wedding projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate on\-site event operations, including decor setup, vendor management, and catering logistics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of luxury weddings from start to finish.
- Maintain clear communication between the planning team, vendors, and clients.
- Manage event inventory and logistics for multiple locations.
- Oversee ground\-level troubleshooting during live events to ensure seamless delivery.
**Requirements \& Qualifications**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Hospitality, or Management preferred).
- **Skills:** Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to present professionally.
- **Travel:** Must be willing and able to travel extensively for 10–15 days at a time during peak wedding seasons.
- **Aptitude:** A keen interest in event management and the ability to work in a fast\-paced, high\-pressure environment.
- **Flexibility:** Ability to work non\-traditional hours, including weekends and late nights, based on event schedules.
