Operations Manager

**Job Title**: Manager Company: Rebounce Raipur LLP Location:Raipur, ChhattisgarH

**Experience Required**: 1–3 Years

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

**Job Summary**: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Manager to oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth functioning of all management activities. The candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities: -** Manage day-to-day centre operations efficiently Supervise staff and ensure proper workflow

• Handle administrative and management-related tasks

• Monitor performance and maintain service quality

-Coordinate with management for planning and execution

-Maintain records, reports, and documentation

-Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries/issues

-Implement company policies and operational procedures Required Skills & Qualifications: 

-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

-1–3 years of relevant work experience in operations/management

• Good communication and leadership skills

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

**Working Conditions**:

• Full-time role

-Work location: Raipur

-Flexible to work as per business requirements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
