We are M R Enterprises, manufacturers of steel products under the brand M R Gold Structure & Strips, based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. We operate an Induction Furnace, CCM, and two Rolling Mills producing ISMC Channels, Beams and MS Strips. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Plant Head to take complete ownership of our plant operations — from raw material inward to finished goods dispatch. This is a senior leadership role. You will be the highest operational authority at the plant, reporting directly to the Director

**What You Will Own** End-to-end plant operations across SMS (Induction Furnace), CCM, and Rolling Mills Raw material inward — scrap receipt, quality inspection, GRN verification, and stores coordination Production planning and daily shift monitoring across all departments Finished goods dispatch — weighbridge, documentation, transporter coordination Daily production MIS — output, yield, per-MT cost, downtime tracking Team leadership — shift supervisors, operators, and workmen. Preventive and breakdown maintenance coordination Plant safety, 5S housekeeping, and statutory compliance Reporting directly to promoter/director with weekly and monthly performance reviews

**What We Are Looking For**

Minimum 5 years of experience in steel plant operations Mandatory: Hands-on working experience in all three — SMS (Induction Furnace) + CCM + Rolling Mill Should have independently managed a plant or been 2nd-in-command at a plant of similar scale Strong understanding of scrap grading, billet quality, and rolling mill yield Ability to do daily cost calculations and prepare MIS independently Experience managing large workforces with discipline and accountability Education: B.E./B.Tech (Metallurgy / Mechanical / Electrical) or Diploma with strong field experience
