**Job Title: Product Manager – Bank Partnerships & Payout Solutions**

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead bank partnerships and manage payout operations. This role requires a strong sense of ownership and execution, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across banking partners, sales, finance, and internal teams to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities1. Bank Partnerships & Alliances**
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with banks and NBFCs
- Negotiate commercial terms including payouts, commissions, and exclusive arrangements
- Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
**2. Sales Enablement**
- Collaborate with sales teams to effectively deploy banking partnerships on the ground
- Ensure clear communication of offers, eligibility criteria, and processes
- Support closure of high-value business opportunities
**3. Payout Management**
- Oversee the end-to-end payout lifecycle ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies, ensuring zero revenue leakage
- Maintain robust tracking mechanisms for payout reconciliation
**4. Finance Coordination**
- Work closely with Accounts and Finance teams on invoicing and collections
- Track receivables and ensure timely payments from partners
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and financial records
**5. Process Improvement & Automation**
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational processes
- Collaborate with technology teams to automate manual workflows
- Ensure systems are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
**Candidate Profile**
**Essential Qualifications & Experience:**
- 3–6 years of experience in banking, fintech, alliances, or payout operations
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage external partners and internal cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in data analysis, tracking, and reconciliation
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in automotive, fintech, or marketplace ecosystems
- Exposure to dealer or distribution network operations
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes
