**A Purchase Executive manages the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.** They are responsible for sourcing high-quality goods and services, negotiating competitive pricing, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. They play a critical role in minimizing costs while ensuring supply chain continuity and vendor compliance. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities

• **Vendor Management:** Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers.
• **Procurement Operations:** Review purchase requisitions, issue Purchase Orders (POs), and track deliveries.
• **Negotiation & Sourcing:** Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to maximize cost-efficiency.
• **Inventory Control:** Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and report on purchasing budgets.
• **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices in enterprise databases.
• **Quality Assurance:** Ensure received goods meet the organization's quality standards and resolve any supply discrepancies.

**Qualifications & Skills**

• **Experience:** Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Executive, or in a similar supply chain role.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with procurement and inventory software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• **Analytical Abilities:** Capability to conduct cost analyses, track budgets, and generate financial reports.
• **Soft Skills:** Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
