We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional for the position of Raw Materials Officer – Coal Division. The candidate will be responsible for coal bill processing, quality deduction management, documentation, and coordination with internal departments and plant teams.

Preferred Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Experience Required
4–7 Years

Preferred Age Group
27–35 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Freight bill verification, processing & payment handling
• Bill passing related to SECL coal & trading coal transactions
• Preparation of quality deduction sheets based on WO/PO, QC reports & supplied materials
• Coordination with plant teams regarding quality matters
• Maintaining records for audit & reconciliation purposes
• Preparation of periodic quality reports in MS Excel
• Documentation & coordination with accounts team for smooth workflow

Required Skills

• ERP working experience (Mandatory)
• Strong command over MS Excel
• Official correspondence ability in English
• Good documentation & coordination skills
