Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Regional Logistics Manager - (Flyash / Ash transport) to lead and optimize ash logistics operations across the assigned territory.

This role requires deep expertise in identifying and onboarding transport partners, conducting detailed cost analysis, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with local unions, authorities, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will combine strong operational oversight with strategic planning to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Transporter & Logistics Partner Management :

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local transporters and logistics service providers.

• Conduct due diligence to ensure partners align with company policies and performance standards.

• Build and maintain a strong network of regional logistics partners.

Tendering, Costing & Rate Negotiation :

• Lead end-to-end tendering processes for logistics services within the region.

• Conduct detailed cost and market analysis to establish competitive pricing.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing models to balance cost efficiency with service & Contract Governance :

• Manage onboarding of selected logistics partners, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Draft, review, and monitor contractual agreements for legal and performance adherence.

• Renew or renegotiate contracts to ensure continuity and cost optimization.
