Resident Medical Officer

**Role Description**

This is a full-time Resident Medical Officer role based on-site in Raipur. The Resident Medical Officer will play a critical role in providing medical care to patients, and collaborating with physicians to ensure high standards of treatment. Responsibilities include patient diagnosis and care, administering treatment and medications, and participating in training initiatives to continuously improve medical practices.

**Qualifications**

• Strong skills in Medicine, with the ability to diagnose and treat various health conditions effectively.
• Experience in Patient Care, demonstrating empathy, attentiveness, and a commitment to patient well-being.
• Ability to collaborate effectively when Working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals in a team-based environment.
• Experience or openness to participate in Training and continuous learning for professional growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a patient-first approach.

Experienced candidates are preferred, freshers may also apply.
