Retail Sales Executive

GS Traders is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, generating sales, maintaining showroom displays, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Prepare quotations and assist in order booking. Follow up with customers for inquiries and pending orders. Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness. Coordinate with the warehouse and billing team for order fulfillment. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution. Keep updated knowledge of products, offers, and pricing.
