Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and healthcare programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, corporates, and community organizations.
- Conduct field visits to generate referrals and business opportunities.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities, social media campaigns, and online promotions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback.
- Prepare marketing reports and achieve assigned targets.
- Support branding and public relations initiatives of the hospital.
Eligibility CriteriaFreshers
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for marketing and business development.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
Experienced Candidates
- 1–5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, hospital marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving marketing and business growth targets.
- Strong network with healthcare professionals and corporate clients is preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing and healthcare promotions will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
