Job Title: Junior Executive – Return to Origin (RTO)
Location: Urla, Raipur

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive to manage and monitor
Return to Origin (RTO) shipments. The role involves coordinating with internal teams,
logistics partners, and ensuring timely resolution of returned orders while maintaining
accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities**
 Track and manage all RTO shipments on a daily basis
 Coordinate with delivery partners to understand reasons for returns
 Ensure proper documentation and status updates for RTO cases
 Work closely with customer support and warehouse teams for resolution
 Ensure timely reprocessing (re-dispatch, refund, or cancellation)
 Maintain accurate MIS reports and dashboards
 Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce RTO rates

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 Good communication and coordination abilities
 Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
 Problem-solving mind-set

**Preferred Qualifications**
 Internship or experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain
 Familiarity with order management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
