**Experience:** Freshers are welcome | 1–3 Years (Experience in Construction/Real Estate is a plus)
**Role & Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation:** Identify new construction projects, renovation jobs, and active sites in the assigned territory.
- **Networking:** Build and maintain strong professional relationships with **Architects, Interior Designers, and Civil Engineers** to generate project referrals.
- **Site Visits:** Visit construction sites to meet owners/builders and effectively pitch our services.
- **Digital Outreach:** Utilize social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) to generate potential inquiries.
- **Reporting:** Maintain a daily log of client meetings, calls, and leads generated.
**Requirements**
- **Education:** Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- **Skills:** Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- **Conveyance:** Must own a **two-wheeler** (Bike/Scooter) for field work.
- **Mindset:** Result-oriented with a passion for field sales and marketing.
