Experience Required

• 1–5 years of experience in Automobile Sales, Premium Retail Sales, Luxury Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Experience in two-wheeler or premium automotive sales will be preferred.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for motorcycles, riding culture, and premium customer experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Must be willing to relocate to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Deliver a premium BMW Motorrad customer experience.
• Conduct product presentations and test ride coordination.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Manage CRM activities and customer follow-ups.
• Participate in marketing events, ride-outs, and dealership activations.
• Ensure compliance with BMW Motorrad sales processes and standards.
