**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience in **medical representation**, **stationery**, **furniture**, **educational supplies**, or **general product sales**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and competitor activities

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–5 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)

**Preferred Background:**

Candidates with sales experience in the following sectors will be given preference:

• Medical or pharmaceutical representative roles.
• Stationery or office supplies.
• Furniture (commercial or institutional)
• Educational products or services.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
