Position

**Sales Manager – BMW Motorrad**

Experience Required

• 5–10 years of experience in automobile sales.
• Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience in premium two-wheeler, automotive, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in dealership operations and customer relationship management preferred.
• Candidates willing to relocate to Raipur may apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership

• Drive retail sales and revenue growth for BMW Motorrad.
• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of dealership KPIs.
• Manage lead generation, prospecting, and conversion activities.

Team Management

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
• Conduct daily sales reviews and performance meetings.
• Ensure adherence to BMW Motorrad sales processes and standards.
• Identify training needs and support team development.

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional premium customer experiences.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and riding communities.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.

Business Development

• Develop local market penetration strategies.
• Build corporate and institutional sales opportunities.
• Organize events, ride-outs, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.
• Monitor inventory movement and stock planning.
• Ensure compliance with BMW Motorrad operational standards.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting discipline.
