We are expanding our team and currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our dynamic sales department.

**Job Summary:**

The **Sales Manager** will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, leading the sales team, and driving business growth. This role involves overseeing the execution of sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring that targets are consistently met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of government project bidding and procurement processes, and a proven track record in sales management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Develop and execute strong sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

· Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.

· Build and maintain strategic relationships with Government departments, private sector key accounts, institutions, and decision-makers.

· Drive business growth in preferred segments: Education, Medical & Healthcare.

· Analyze sales performance metrics and recommend process improvements.

· Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Tender/Project teams for smooth execution.

· Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and MIS updates for senior management.

· Manage escalations and ensure an excellent client service experience.

· Stay updated on market trends, government procurement policies, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications:**

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team-leading role.
• Proven track record in managing and achieving sales targets, especially in government or institutional sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
