We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented **Team Leader – Car Sales** to join our team.

**Position:** Team Leader – Automobile Sales

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage the car sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance/training
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and relationship management
• Handle escalations and support closing high-value deals

**Requirements****:**

• Any graduate.
• Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in Sales Marketing.
• Prior experience in a **team handling or leadership role.**
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with leadership qualities.
• Good knowledge of automobile products and market trends.
• 4Wheeler driving and driving license.

**Salary:** 20000.00-30000.00 + Incentives
