**Position Summary**
We are seeking **highly experienced Civil Engineers** to manage and oversee **Government Building Projects** in Naya Raipur. The role requires strong expertise in **site execution**, **government billing**, and **coordination with government departments**, ensuring quality construction, statutory compliance, and timely project completion.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1\. Project Management \& Site Execution**
- Supervise and manage on\-site construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams
- Monitor daily progress and proactively resolve site\-related technical and execution issues
**2\. Billing \& Documentation (Government Projects)**
- Prepare, verify, and submit government billing, running account bills, and final bills
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor deployment, measurements, and project expenses
- Assist during audits, inspections, and verifications by government authorities
**3\. Coordination \& Communication**
- Liaise with government officials, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders
- Ensure smooth coordination between site execution teams and head office
**4\. Quality, Safety \& Compliance**
- Ensure strict adherence to government building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct quality checks and implement corrective measures where required
- Identify project risks and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
**5\. Reporting \& Monitoring**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization
- Highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions
**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** from a recognized institution
- Certifications related to government projects, billing, or construction management will be an added advantage
**Required Skills \& Competencies**
- Minimum **10\+ years of proven experience** in government building projects
- Strong expertise in **site execution and government billing**
- Thorough knowledge of construction standards, specifications, safety norms, and documentation
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and handle project responsibilities end\-to\-end
**Compensation \& Benefits**
- **CTC:** 60,000 per month (all\-inclusive)
