**Job Title:** Senior Civil Engineer

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage construction projects from planning to execution. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring quality and compliance, managing budgets, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within cost.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, execute, and supervise construction activities across projects.
- Review and interpret drawings, designs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure project execution as per quality standards, timelines, and budget.
- Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Oversee material planning, procurement, and cost control.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
**Experience:**
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
