**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple workforce categories within the organization. The role involves sourcing and hiring for white-collar, blue-collar, contractual, off-roll, trainees, and interns, ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle hiring for white-collar, blue-collar, trainee, and intern roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment drives.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support bulk hiring initiatives for seasonal or project-based requirements.
• Generate recruitment reports and status updates for HR leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Experience in bulk hiring or multi-category workforce recruitment will be preferred.
• Prior exposure to seed, agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
